Target Audience: Senior Leaders

Outcome: Prepare of Headteachers position

Present Development: ‘Onwards and Upwards!’ Senior Leader Programme, ‘Moving Up and Out of RI’ Programme, ‘Aspirant Heads’ Programme

Future Proofing: SLE designation

Scouting System: NLEs to observe and interview based on recommendation from Heads and Application from Leaders themselves (Tomorrows Leaders Programme but in Doncaster)

Stage: 7

Target Audience: Middle Leaders

Outcome: Prepare for Assistant / Deputy Headship

Present Development: NPQH etc.

Future Proofing: Leading more than 1 school / part of a MAT, secondments and networks

Scouting System: NLEs to observe and interview based on recommendation from Heads and Application from Leaders themselves

Stage: 6

Target Audience: Future Leaders

Outcome: Prepare for Leadership Roles

Present Development: Understanding Leadership, Leading people etc.

Future Proofing: Secondments and Current SLT mentoring and school experience

Scouting System: LLEs to observe and interview based on recommendation from Heads and Application from teachers themselves

Target Audience: Established teachers in their 3rd+ year of teaching

Outcome: Prepare for Middle Leader Roles

Present Development: ITP/OTP

Future Proofing: Future Leaders identified

Scouting System: PiL QA Consultants to identify

Name: Embed Teaching

Stage: 4

Target Audience: NQTs / RQTs

Outcome: Quality CPD / Retained in Doncaster school

Present Development: CPD on the basics and well-being

Future Proofing: Well-established teachers identified

Scouting System: ITT to monitor and track impact of the NQTS / RQTs.

Name: Achieve Teaching

Stage: 3

Target Audience: Qualified NQTs

Outcome: To ensure all NQTs are placed in a Doncaster school

Present Development: 1 place to apply for a job

Future Proofing: Identification of support / challenge

Scouting System: ITT to look at sieving and then Headteacher panel to interview – Schools then chose

Target Audience: Degree students

Outcome: Complete Initial Teacher Training (ITT) and get a job in a Doncaster school
