Last week 97 delegates from more than 30 schools across Doncaster attended our annual Leadership Conference, ‘Inspiring Leadership in the Brave New World’ in Nottingham.
Delegates had the opportunity to listen to key note speakers including; Alex Bedford, Benedick Ashmore-Short and Bonita Norris and attend various workshops. The event gave delegates the chance to reflect on their own practice and share good practice whilst networking with colleagues from within Doncaster. Feedback on the day and initial analysis of evaluations are indicating that this has been our most successful conference yet! Feedback has included ‘Listening to some of the speakers reaffirmed my beliefs and left me feeling inspired, enjoyed it!’ and ‘ Congratulations on a fantastic conference’. Part of the event included asking delegates for feedback on our strengths and areas for development – as soon as we have analysed this we will share it with all members.
