As you may be aware £10m of the Teaching and Leadership Innovation Fund (TLIF) is available to all teachers and leaders working in opportunity areas and category 5 and 6 schools.
As Doncaster is a Social Mobility Opportunity Area this means all Doncaster schools are entitled to fully funded NPQ places at all levels.
The funding covers full costs of the NPQ and the money will be routed through the NPQ providers. Partners in Learning is not an NPQ provider therefore participants are advised to get in contact with their chosen provider who will be able to provide them with further details on the application process.
Full list of the accredited providers and their areas of their operation can be found here in: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/national-professional-qualifications-npqs-list-of-providers/list-of-national-professional-qualification-npq-providers
All of the providers will offer fully funded places if you let them know you are a Doncaster school however the Partners in Learning recommended provider is Learners First Teaching School in Rotherham as we have worked with them to develop the NPQ programmes to ensure they meet the needs of Doncaster schools. The link to Learners First is below:
Places are being allocated on a first come first served basis.
