The majority of our Leadership Programmes have now commenced and feedback has been extremely positive; delegates involved in the Futures Thinking Programme started the course with a presentation from Sir John West-Burnham. We are in the early stages of planning new and exciting opportunities for all staff in schools, including Governors, for the Spring Term. More information will be available shortly.
25 delegates attended the first session of the ‘Help! I’m a Middle Leader’ programme this term and we have received fantastic feedback from both the delegates and their schools. One delegate personally thanked the tutor following the first session, they said ‘I just wanted to say thank you very much for today. It's been a while since I have been on a course and felt so inspired to develop my own practice and take an active role in the schools overall improvement’. Participants are currently working on their action plans then will be visited by their programme tutor to see what is being implemented. The Senior Leaders version of this programme begins after Christmas – if you would like to participate please reserve a place via our website.
