Last week RQT'S from four different schools across Doncaster attended the second of three training sessions to develop their own action research project. The teachers are currently in the middle of carrying out an action research project in their own schools that focusses on either AfL, development of literacy or growth mindset. At last week's session, teachers had the opportunity to share their ideas and what they have implemented in their classrooms so far. Some great ideas were shared and they were able to gather some valuable feedback from colleagues to help them in the final stages of the project. Teachers will get the opportunity to present their action research project and findings to members of SLT, governors and colleagues from all four schools in June.
