13.11.18 - Health and Well-being Training Session for NQTs and ITTs

" In the school environment of 2018 and beyond, you need to know how to manage your workplace stress.  Learn about signs and symptoms of stress. Reflect on how to give your life meaning whilst not getting swamped underneath a mound of books.  You will pick up tools on how to become more resilient and how to balance being busy but with relaxation. We take a have brief look at recognising and managing negative thinking and how to approach mindfulness
