Leading Change- Implementation Matters

Theme of this course is:

Senior Leader short course – using the logic model to implement change

Purpose of this course is:

This course is designed and facilitated to enable Senior Leaders to develop their understanding of school improvement planning and the implementation process. Implementation is a key aspect of what schools do to improve, consideration for how changes will be managed and what steps are needed to maximise the chances of success. Developing an evidence-informed school improvement approach.

This course will involve:

This half day session will be interactive and involve individual and group work. Senior Leaders will examine in detail the logic model and how it can be used to develop effective school improvement planning, to bring about evidence-informed school improvement.
