An update from Partners in Learning

Due to the current situation with the coronavirus outbreak and in response to the latest Government advice, we have made the decision for all Partners in Learning and Doncaster Research School staff to work from home where possible. This may mean that staff have limited access to emails and phone calls to the office will not be answered. If there is any reason for you to contact us, please can this be done by email.

Professional Learning

We're reviewing conferences and events on a week by week basis and will be following Government guidelines. At this time of uncertainty we know that school leaders' main priority will be to keep their schools running as normal as possible and with staffing levels coming under pressure due to teachers and support staff having to self isolate there is an imperative to ensure as few staff as possible are out of school at this time. We are in the process of writing to any programme delegates to confirm arrangements regarding cancellations and postponements.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding at this time and hope that you, your school communities and families stay safe and well throughout this difficult period.

Oxford University Press

Due to the on-going situation with coronavirus, we realise that that schools are being faced with the difficulty of preparing for possible school closures. Children’s learning is at the very heart of what we do at Oxford and we will be working with schools to support learning anywhere during this uncertain time. Wherever you are, and however you need help, we have the resources for you.

Facilitating learning from home
An extensive hub of expert advice, teaching tools, and resources will be made freely available through MyMaths and Oxford Owl Schools to help keep your pupils learning at home. In addition to this, we also have a wealth of free content on Owl for Home, including our full eBook library, activity sheets, and support videos, which will help parents whilst children are away from the classroom.
