On the 9th February, Partners in Learning Secondary Teaching School Alliance held a full day CPD session led by Jason Bangbala ‘Conquering Low Level Disruption and Promoting Positive Attitudes to Learning’. This session was attended by 136 delegates from across 7 schools. During this interactive session, staff were provided with a whole toolkit of simple, practical and realistic strategies that can be implemented in their own practice and across the whole school, to de-escalate and diffuse any low level inappropriate behaviour quickly.
Feedback included: “Very engaging and interesting, the best training in my entire career.”
