On 30th and 31st March 2017 the Strategic Board met to review the past year and to begin the strategic planning for the upcoming year and beyond. Our foci was to make informed decisions on what we at Partners in Learning would continue to do, stop doing, start doing and do differently.
We looked at the Priority Areas in great detail and decided to reshape Partners in Learning aims and objectives in response to national, regional and local priorities. The strategic lead for each priority area gave a short presentation on their current action plans including their impact reports whilst keeping a vision for their area within the new landscape of Education and PiL.
The next step is to create new membership packages and ensure all members are happy whilst receive all the benefits currently in place. If you have any suggestions or thoughts on the packages, please email us. All ideas are welcome.
