Partners in Learning held this course as we are aware of the increasing importance of Senior Leadership and how it can be one of the most critical and challenging strategic roles that teachers experience today.
The programme gave Senior Leaders the opportunity to explore their style of leadership, and to also develop their personal leadership skills and qualities whilst focusing on implementing this into their own practice and workplace to address school priorities.
What could they do to make a difference? How can they make a difference?
The Senior Leaders reflected on their own leadership through discussion and debate with peers which they found to be highly beneficial. The aim was to create maximum impact and we feel the results speak for themselves. Here’s just some of the feedback received:
