This half day, interactive session will involve discussion based activities designed to tease out key issues.

With unprecedented levels of pressure being placed on budgets, the education sector is continually being challenged to deliver more for less. The need to generate additional income is critical.

Facilitator Information:

Katy Baker, Director of Services, Oaks Consultancy.  Katy has 15 years’ experience of working in the voluntary and public sectors, focusing primarily on business development and fundraising. As Director of Services at Oaks, Katy leads on Oak’s work in education, including managing contracts for some of the UK’s biggest Multi Academy Trusts, helping them generate additional income through a range of opportunities.

Natasha Raj, Account Manager, Oaks Consultancy.  Natasha leads on work with some of Oaks biggest education clients, working with them primarily to raise money through charitable trusts and foundations, as well as identifying savings through business efficiencies and centralised procurement.
