Managing Leadership in a Crisis! A support network for Leaders

As leaders, we rarely priortise our own well-being but somehow the dedication and passion keeps us going. However, this pandemic has brought the most unprecedented of times, with constant, uncertain change and a relentless level of responsibility that leaders have now sustained for many months.

It is surely time to prioritise our well-being, to give ourselves permission to take some well-deserved time to pause and reflect, to recognise the necessity of acknowledging that as leaders we are human too, and the need to look after ourselves, to be able to continue to look after everyone else and lead effectively (it’s the putting on of your own oxygen mask first before helping others to put theirs on).

This is where we come in... we are going to provide a safe space for all leaders to do exactly the above, once a month with our very own mental health, well-being and resilience consultant Sarah Wray at Live Well Consultancy to be there to facilitate and provide any tips, suggestions and to be the listening ear along with all the other Doncaster leaders.

Cost:

  • FREE to all members of Partners in Learning
