In response to feedback following the recent SEND webinars exploring the EEF guidance ‘ Special Educational Needs in Mainstream Schools’ PiL are now able to offer some supportive network sessions where new and less experienced SENCOs will have the opportunity to meet with more experienced colleagues. The purpose of the network will be to explore the role and responsibilities of a SENCO and also share effective practice. There will also be the opportunity for colleagues to pose questions and for the group to jointly engage in solutions focused on the challenges facing SENCOs in mainstream schools.
